1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EdgeCoach AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our GDPR Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EdgeCoach AI is an AI-powered trading journal and coaching platform that helps traders analyze their performance and behavioral patterns. The Service includes trade importing, performance analytics, AI-generated insights, and behavioral coaching.

3. Not Financial Advice — Important Disclaimer

EdgeCoach AI does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

  • All AI-generated insights, recommendations, scores, and analysis are for educational and informational purposes only
  • The AI coaching features are behavioral analysis tools, not financial advisory services
  • No content on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
  • Trading futures, stocks, options, forex, and cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors
  • You may lose more than your initial investment
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading analysis — always verify insights against your own records and judgment

By using this Service, you acknowledge that EdgeCoach AI, its founder, and its affiliates bear no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of trading decisions made while using or based on information provided by the Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Upload malicious content or attempt injection attacks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates any applicable law
  • Abuse the AI features to generate excessive or automated requests

6. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import into the Service. The Service processes your data as-is — if imported trade data is incorrect, incomplete, or from a partial export, the resulting analytics and AI insights will reflect those inaccuracies. EdgeCoach AI is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect input data.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free accounts remain free indefinitely with usage limits as described on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions (Pro, Elite) are billed monthly or yearly as selected at the time of purchase
  • Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
  • You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time in a billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Free tier usage does not qualify for refunds.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion enters a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate your account by logging in. After 30 days, all your data — including trades, AI reviews, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by EdgeCoach AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your trade data remains yours — we claim no ownership over data you import or create. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We are not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated insights or recommendations
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeCoach AI, its founder, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which EdgeCoach AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
